Civil aviation security rules applicable at CNAB - AIHCB

Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport has specially designated parking areas for the public. In this respect, stopping or station vehicles in prohibited areas and indicated by signs leads to blocking or removal of such vehicles.

Inside the public or restricted areas of the airport, it is forbidden to leave the luggage unattended, even for a short period of time. In case the luggage is found unattended, they will be considered suspect and can be destroyed for reasons of security.

The access to the security control filter is allowed only to holders of a valid boarding card.

Following the threat of terrorist attacks, the security controls applied to passengers and their luggage before boarding are detailed in order to prevent from introducing on board of the aircraft the prohibited items (weapons, explosives or other dangerous objects and devices), which may be used to commit an act of unlawful interference.

In order to avoid overcrowding the security control filters, passengers must ensure they do not carry into the luggage (both in the cabin and in the hold) the prohibited items for aircraft transport.
